DESCRIPTION:On Tuesdays and Thursdays November 2 – December 19 from 3:00-4:00PM\, the Baxter County Library is offering after-school meals for students 18 and younger. After-school meals are offered at no cost to the student/family\, and are served in the downstairs multi-purpose room. Students will receive one meal each day they are provided. Staff take necessary precautions to keep the area surfaces disinfected before and after distributing meals. This program is a community collaboration with the North Central Arkansas Food Bank and the USDA. \nThis is an equal opportunity program. In accordance with Federal Law and U.S. Department of Agriculture policy\, this institution is prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race\, color\, national origin\, sex\, age\, or disability. \nMeals will not be served when the BCL is closed or MHPS are closed due to holidays/inclement weather.
