This work shop focuses on practical\, no-stress ways to prepare an emergency bucket using freeze-dried foods + essential supplies. \nParticipants will learn how to build a compact “go bucket” (with guidance for expanding to a 5-gallon version)\, including a clear list of must-have items and helpful additions.In addition to food planning\, we’ll cover simple supporting supplies that make your setup more functional and easier to use when needed. You’ll also learn how to choose freeze-dried foods that can be eaten as-is or quickly reconstituted\, making them ideal for situations where cooking options may be limited. \nChristine\, along with her husband and sister\, has spent the past ïŹve years freeze-drying food for their families and business. What began as a way to store food has grown into a practical system for keeping real\, nourishing options available when they’re needed most. \nThis class is centered on being prepared in a calm\, thoughtful way—keeping things simple\, organized\, and ready when it matters. \nParticipants will leave with a recommended packing list and ideas for building their own emergency bucket using freeze-dried foods and essential supplies. \nLimited seating available.
