Relieve stress and tension\, trim\, shape\, and tone the body with a regenercize workout. This class is suitable for both beginner and intermediate yoga practitioners. \nMust be age 18 and older. \nA donation of $2-$5 is suggested to support the Library next time you stop by. \nThere will be NO YOGA on the following 2023 dates: \nJanuary 2\, 7; February 15\, 20; April 26; May 17\, 29; August 16; September 4; October 9; November 15; December 25. \nAge Group: Adults \nLocation: Knox Room
