Registration deadline Friday for AR Race for the Cure local team

Friday is the deadline to register with the Peitz Cancer Support House team for the April 26th and 27th Arkansas Race for the Cure.The Peitz Cancer Support House will be traveling to Jonesboro for the 2019 Arkansas Race for the Cure.

 All fitness levels can participate either through the 5K run/walk, the 1 mile fun walk, or by watching and cheering from the sidewalk.In 2018, Baxter Regional Medical Center was awarded over $30,000 from the Komen Foundation to assist women who were not able to afford a mammogram. By joining he PSCH team, you can support the cause.

The team will make it an overnight trip, leaving Mountain Home via chartered bus the morning of April 26th and returning on April 27th. The trip is valued at $160 per person; however, PCSH is offering reduced rates of $100 per person. The cost includes transportation, lodging ( two per room), race registration fee, Friday night pasta party ticket, pink prowl bracelet, and a PCSH team t-shirt.Those unable to make the trip, can be a spirit runner. The cost is $40 and includes Komen registration fee and team t-shirt.
