State police are investigating a shooting that left a two-year-old child critically injured.
The Marianna Police Department responded to the shooting at an apartment complex on the 200 block of Sealand Street last Sunday. Arkansas State Police Criminal Investigation Division arrived to aid the investigation and agents identified two suspects in the case. The agents said the first suspect, an unidentified juvenile, was booked into the Lee County Jail on Monday morning. Agents said the second suspect, a 22-year-old from Marianna, was still at large and being sought by authorities.
