Color Your World by learning ways to get more healthy food into your diet and that of your family. We will try to fit an entire rainbow of food into the healthy, and sometimes sneaky, recipes we talk about in this fun summer program. We will focus on meal planning and meal prepping to make better use of your time and help you have healthy food ready for busy days when a quick takeout is tempting.
