BC Library – Tween Library Council

Baxter County Library’s Tween Library Council (TwLC) is an advisory board of students in grades 4-6 who meet monthly with the library’s Youth Services staff to discuss books and movies and to give input on library issues related to tweens. Please make sure you have filled out the application on our calendar.
