Cardio, Kickboxing for Women EVERY Mon and Wed.
Schliemann Center for Women’s Health Cardio Kickboxing and Strength Training for women, with Angie Bertel, EVERY Mon. and Wed. 5:30 pm held at the (WEC) Wellness Education Center 2545 Hwy 5 North. A high energy, high intensity workout to get the heart pumping. The focus is on strengthening and core exercises using bodyweight exercise & equipment. Registration required, call 870-508-2345.
