Heart Health Support for Women 2nd Thurs EVERY Month
Schliemann Center for Women Heart Health Sessions held the 2nd Thursday of EVERY month, 1pm. The group focuses on providing social and emotional support for women with heart disease as well as education on healthy lifestyle habits that promote heart health.
