Line Dancing for Women EVERY Tues 11:15am at WEC
Heart Healthy Line Dancing every Tuesday, Beginning Steps 11:15 am, Beginner Dance 12 pm, Advanced Dance 1 pm. Dance your way to a healthier heart with country western moves with classes of all levels. It’s great exercise for balance, mind and socialization. Held at WEC (Wellness Education Center, 2545 Hwy 5 North (formerly Simple Man’s). Register at the door.
