The Gassville City Council held its regular March meeting Tuesday night. Mayor Jeff Braim says the council began discussions on a smoking ban and a sewer rate increase.

The Gassville City Council also approved allowing the Mountain Home Pilots youth baseball program to use the Gassville City Park baseball field for practices and tournaments and approved a rezoning ordinance.
