The Donald W. Reynolds Library will be hosting tea with Miss Arkansas Saturday afternoon from noon until 2 at the library.
Miss Arkansas, Savannah Skidmore, is a current student at the University of Arkansas. The Calico Rock native will be preforming her singing talent at the event, and she will also be discussing scholarship opportunities available through the Miss America Organization.
