The Arkansas Highway Commission has approved a bid for road improvements to Arkansas Highway 14 south of Yellville. According to the Arkansas Highway Department the construction project will include the replacement of a bridge over Mill Creek with a reinforced box culvert.
Marion County Paving, LLC of Summit was awarded the contract at $3,048,790. Construction is scheduled to begin in two to four weeks, weather permitting, with completion expected to be in mid-2017.
