A Mountain Home man is charged with a plethora of drug related felonies.
According to Baxter County Sheriff John Montgomery, 40-year-old Dennis James Amaral, is in the Baxter County Detention Facility on three counts delivery of methamphetamine or cocaine, two counts distribution of a controlled substance near certain facilities, two counts possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine or cocaine with the purpose to deliver, unlawful use of a communication device, simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, possession of a firearm by certain persons and possession of a defaced firearm.
Amaral was arrested by the Mountain Home Police Department and booked in the detention facility at 4:30, Wednesday afternoon. His bond is set at $200,000. He is scheduled to appear in circuit court.
