     Christ Community Church in Mountain Home will host the two-day annual Global Leadership Summit, a live simulcast from Willow Creek Community Church near Chicago. The annual summit will help business and community members sharpen their personal leadership skills and enable them to develop the people they lead. David Johnson, pastor of Christ Community Church who has brought the summit to Mountain Home for over 12 years, says everyone is a leader.

     The two day summit, which will be viewed via satellite at over 450 locations across the country, features 13 world-class business leaders, including Bill Hybels founder of the Leadership Summit and pastor at the Willow Creek Community Church.

     Other speakers are author and advocate Danielle Strickland, a Salvation Army officer; Jossy Chacko, Founder and President of Empart, Inc. and John C. Maxwell, a leadership expert, coach and bestselling author.

     The Global Leadership Summit will be Thursday and Friday at Christ Community Church located inside the Twin Lakes Plaza at 759 Highway 62 East in Mountain Home. The seminar will be in session from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. both days with a break for lunch. The cost is $209 per person or $189 per person for groups of 10 or more, which includes a workbook and refreshments. There are also special discounts for students, teachers and active members of the military.
