Universal Music EnterprisesJames Taylor‘s popular holiday collection, James Taylor at Christmas, will get the 150-gram vinyl treatment on September 23. The album originally came out in 2006 but has never before been available on vinyl.
James Taylor at Christmas features 14 songs — two of which are duets with artists who we lost in 2016. His version of “Baby It’s Cold Outside” features Natalie Cole, who passed away on New Year’s Day, while harmonica legend Toots Thielemans — who died just last month — appears on “The Christmas Song.” Elsewhere on the album, Taylor tackles such classics as “Winter Wonderland,” “Jingle Bells” and “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.”
