Bull Shoals Lanes participated in the nation-wide Kids Bowl Free program recently, where kids received two free games every day for the entire summer after registering with participating bowling centers on the Kids Bowl Free website. The program was designed to give back to the community and provide a fun way for kids to spend time over the summer months.
Bull Shoals Lanes Manager Tina White nominated five schools with kids participating in the program including Mountain Home, Cotter, Flippin, Bruno-Pyatt, and Bergman. A total of 18,000 schools entered into the contest, and Pinkston Middle School was one of the fifty schools that were drawn to win $1,000 to use in anyway they choose. White says the contest was nationwide, and there was no special criteria for the winners.
