Panther Bay on Lake Norfork will be the site of the 2016 Winter Bass Series. The tournament will take place on October 8, November 19, December 3 and January 14. The tournament hours will be 7 A.M. to 3 P.M.
There is an $80 entry fee per boat with $10 going to the big bass pot. A 90 percent payback will pay one place for every five boats.
No A-Rigs or variants are allowed.
