Baxter Regional Medical Center has announced Tobias Pugsley has been named as Director of Marketing, replacing Donna McMullin who retired recently.
A Twin Lakes Area native, Pugsley graduated from Evangel University in Springfield with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with major in Advertising and Public Relations and a minor in Marketing. He is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Southern New Hampshire University.
He has 10 years marketing experience having worked in Dallas, New York and most recently as Chief Marketing Officer at VisionAmp in Mountain Home. At VisionAmp he was part of the team that expanded their core services beyond websites to include traditional and interactive marketing products winning multiple DDY awards from the American Advertising Federation of Joplin and the American Advertising Federation of the Ozarks in 2016. He helped create Baxter Regional Medical Center’s Facebook page and the “Wash Your Hands” video that won an Arkansas Hospital Association Diamond Award in 2015.
Pugsley currently serves on the Mountain Home Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Arkansas State University Mountain Home Web and Graphic Design Advisory Council, Mountain Home PUblic Schools Business Advisory Board and Strategic Council and Mentorship Program. He is a member of the American Advertising Federation, Evangel University Alumni Association, Razorback Foundation, North American Fishing Club and North Arkansas Fly Fishers.
