The Baxter County Quorum Court will meet in regular session Tuesday evening at 6 in the second floor courtroom of the Baxter County Court House.
Items on the meeting’s agenda include committee reports and a presentation by County Assessor Jayme Nicholson. Under new business the board members will consider an ordinance appropriating fees and reimbursements to the sheriff’s budget and an ordinance appropriating funds in the of $9,890 from the sale of materials to the road and bridge budget. Also under new business are three resolutions, the authorization of the county judge to transfer ownership of the Wolf House Property in Norfork to the Department of Arkansas Heritage; the confirmation of the
appointment of Bobbi Brown to the Baxter County Library Board of Commissioners and the confirmation of the reappointments of J. B. Dewey and Kevin Bodenhamer to the Mountain Home Rural Fire Protection District Board of Commissioners.
