The nineteenth Neon 200X top prize winner has claimed her $50,000 prizes. The latest top prize winner was Joan Philman of Mountain Home.

The winning ticket was sold at White Oak Station #9, 1124 Highway 62 East, in Mountain Home, and the retailer will receive a one-percent commission on the sale. Sixty-two $50,000 top prizes remain to be claimed in this game.

More than 92 cents of every dollar of Lottery revenue goes to prizes, scholarships, retailer commissions and other expenses in Arkansas. Since Lottery sales started in 2009, the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery has provided nearly $700 million for in-state college scholarships to Arkansas students, nearly $2 billion in prizes to players and nearly $175 million in commissions to Lottery retailers.
