According to the Boone County Sheriff Mike Moore, Albert Wayne Struckle, a level 3 sex offender, has failed to comply with the Arkansas Sex Offender Registration and Reporting requirements. Struckle was convicted of possessing and viewing computer child pornography. Struckle was last registered at a residence on Foley Road.
