The South Central Ozark Council of Governments has loan and partial grant funding for homowners seeking to make improvements or replace their on-site wastewater treatment systems.
According to the Ozark County Times, eligible borrowers include homeowners with a failing or failed on-site wastewater treatment system. Applicants must provide evidence of financial need, have a sufficient credit score and income to make the loan payment and maintain the system.
