The public is invited to the annual Veterans’ Day Ceremony at Plaza 2000 in Mountain Home Friday morning at 11. This year’s event, hosted by the Knights of Columbus will feature Alvin Urquart, an active duty member of the United States Army Reserves serving with the 224th Maintenance Company in Mountain Home. Reverend Heather Clawitter from First United Methodist Church in Mountain Home will give the invocation and benediction. Patriotic music will be provided by the Mountain Home Brass Ensemble under the direction of High School Band Director, Tom Chentnik.
Following the ceremony, refreshments will be served at the V. F. W. Hall located at 214 West 7th Street.
