Baxter County held a public swearing-in ceremony Sunday evening for all newly elected and re-elected Baxter County and city officials. Arkansas Supreme Court Justices Shawn Womack and Rhonda Wood administered the Oaths of Office.
Baxter County Sheriff John Montgomery says he, along with all deputies, jailers and staff of the Sheriff’s Office will be sworn in Tuesday morning at 7:30 by newly elected District Judge Jason Duffy on the second floor of the courthouse on the square.
