A Norfork man is being held without bond in the Izard County jail following his arrest Sunday. Izard County Sheriff Tate Lawrence says 52 year old Timothy Allen Morris is charged with possession of a controlled substance, disorderly conduct and failure to appear.
Morris is set to appear in circuit court February 16.
