The Mountain Home 7th Grade Tournament ended with Harrison’s boys taking the championship trophy back to Boone County. In the opening round, Melbourne fell to the Seventh Grade Goblins 48-20, Bergman lost to Greene County Tech 46-18, and Paragould topped Highland 28-20. In the consolation games, Mountain Home’s B squad was defeated by Highland 22-18, and Melbourne was edged out by Bergman 38-37. The semifinal round say Mountain Home lose to Paragould 28-18, and Harrison got past Greene County Tech 37-28. The Seventh Grade Goblins wrapped up the tournament by beating Paragould in the title game 40-32.
