Mtn. Home man charged with theft, burglary arrested again

     A Mountain Home man who has been charged in connection with eight separate cases including possession of drugs, residential burglary and theft of property, was arrested again Saturday on drug charges following a traffic stop. Mountain Home Police Chief Carry Manuel says 41 year old Dwayne Thompson was charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, silultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, as well as misdemeanor charges of driving on a suspended license and possession of marijuana.

     According to the police chief, a officer from his department conducted traffic stop after he saw Thompson, who he knew had a suspended license, driving a vehicle. During a search the officer found a small bag containing meth in Thompson’s pocket. The gun and marijuana were found in the vehicle.
