Mountain Home High School will host the third annual Empty Bowls to Feed the Hungry soup dinner to benefit the Food Bank of North Central Arkansas Thursday evening from 4 to 7 in the high school cafeteria.
The dinner will feature a variety of soups, including tomato, potato, chicken noodle and vegetable prepared by family and consumer sciences students. The first 140 guests will be able to select a handmade ceramic bowl made by art students. Music will be provided by the high school jazz band who will perform at 6 with additional entertainment by student performers and Jared Green will serve as disc jockey.
Tickets are $10 per person and may be purchased at all Mountain Home First Security Bank locations, Mountain Home High School or the Food Bank of North Central Arkansas.
