The 1A-1 East Junior Conference Basketball Tournament held its semifinal round Wednesday at Western Grove, and both host teams were able to advance to the title games. In boys’ action, Bruno-Pyatt fell to the top-seeded Warriors 62-28, and Jasper was upset by Deer 27-16. On the girls’ bracket, St. Joe lost to Jasper 54-29, and Western Grove routed Deer 61-12.
