An Elizabeth man was arrested on felony drug charges in Cotter Wednesday when police were investigating the report of a suspicious person. Cotter Police Officer Brian Williams says 23 year old Charles Dylan Hodges is charged with felony possession of methamphetamine, possession with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and a probation violation. He is being held in the Baxter County jail on $7,500 bond.
Williams reports he was driving on Harding Boulevard investigating the report of a suspicious acting male when he located Hodges. A witness told police they saw Hodges throw items from his pocket along the road before being stopped. The items, which were drugs and drug paraphernalia, were recovered by police.
