
Twin Lakes Area residents could see a repeat of severe weather similar to last Wednesday, according to Marty Trexler, a senior meteorologist from the National Weather Service Office in North Little Rock. He says some thunderstorms could develop after sunset Monday with the greatest threat after midnight when a strong system moves into the area from the central plains into Missouri and northern Arkansas.

The system should be out of the area by sunrise Tuesday, with the greatest threat between midnight and 4 or 5 a.m., says Trexler.
