The Friends of the Baxter County Library will be giving away three scholarships to local teens. The scholarships awarded will be $1,400, $800, and $400. These scholarships are open to Baxter County graduating seniors with a grade point average of 2.5 or higher. Students must also be accepted by an accredited school of higher education.
