Baxter County Sheriff John Montgomery is notifying the public of a level 3 registered sex offender, considered at high risk to reoffend, who is residing in Baxter County. The sheriff says 63 year old David Eugene Juckett is now residing at 4746 Highway 126 in Gassville.
The sheriff says Juckett was convicted in March of 2012 for indecent exposure after
exposing himself in a public park, an act he admitted to doing numerous times.
The sheriff says Juckett is not wanted by law enforcement at this time and this notification is not intended to increase fear, but rather it is the sheriff’s belief that an informed public is a safer public. Montgomery says this information cannot be used to threaten, intimidate or harass registered sex offenders and citizen abuse will not be tolerated. Such abuse, he says, could threaten law enforcement’s ability to do public notification.
