A rollover traffic accident, just north of Calico Rock, has completely blocked Highway 5. According to a spokesperson from the Izard County Sheriff’s Department, the vehicle was upside down and still blocking the road as of 11:17 Monday morning. A wrecker was on it’s way at the time of the report to remove the vehicle and authorities believe the highway will reopen at approximately 11:35 Monday morning. No further information is available at this time.
