The 16th Annual Cotter Trout Festival is a day long celebration for the entire community, and kicks off Saturday at Big Spring Park in Cotter. This year’s festival is sponsored by the Cotter-Gassville Chamber of Commerce, according to new Chairman for this year Paul Gigliotti, who says the event is a free family festival celebrating life on the White River and includes activities for the kids.
