Hangin’ Out in the Hangar set for Saturday

The Mruk Family Education Center on Aging at Baxter Regional Medical Center is hosting the fourth annual Hangin’ Out in the Hangar. The event is set for Saturday evening at 5 at the Baxter County Fairgrounds.

The evening will feature numerous silent auction items, a cake walk,
food and drinks, 50/50 drawing, and live music with Kepler 9.

Hangin’ Out in the Hanger is an annual fundraising event, with all proceeds benefiting the programs and services of the Mruk Family Education Center on Aging of BRMC.

The Mruk Family Education Center is dedicated to improving the quality of
life for older adults and their families in the community. The center offers educational programs and support groups, as well as fitness and nutrition classes. The Education Center is one of four Community Health Education and Support Houses that rely on the generosity of BRMC Foundation donors and annual fundraisers to continue offering these programs and services free of charge.

Tickets are $50 per person and include dinner with smoked brisket and
all the fixings, beer and wine, and two cake walk chances. Tickets are
available at the Mruk Family Education Center on Aging on the BRMC campus,
Anstaff Bank, and Mountain Home Chamber of Commerce, or attendees can
register to attend the event and pay online at
