Area teens are invited this week to another Teen Tuesday from four to six at the Donald W. Reynolds Library. Teen Tuesday is a monthly program at the Library designed especially for teens in grades seven through 12.Canadian federal holiday Victoria Day will be celebrated with British-inspired foods and tea. Victoria Day is celebrated in honor of Queen Victoria’s birthday, and it also serves as an unofficial marker of the end of the winter social season.
