Foster homes in Baxter County reaches 20 mark

As Arkansas marks National Foster Care Awarness Month, Baxter County has seen a significant improvement in the number of children in foster care in the past four years with the arrival of an affilitation of the CALL. The CALL and the Arkansas Division of Children and Family Services have partnered a faith-based organization and a government agency to meet the needs of children in foster care. In Baxter County, Tenille Rauls serves as the county coordinator, and says the partnership has resulted in tremendous outcomes.

Rauls says she and her husband, Dr. Russ Rauls, became involved with the CALL because of a patient that led to a call to the Division of Children and Family Services.
