The Mountain Home Lockeroom American Legion baseball team began the 58th annual Glen Winget Memorial Tournament in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, on a good note. The Lockeroom defeated the host Indians 9-2 in their opener in the Al Solenberger Pool.
Jordan Anderson picked up the win on the mound as he struck out seven batters. Luke Dibble and Dylan Reynolds led the Mountain Home offense as each had a two-run single.
The Lockeroom starts pool play at 1-0.
