
One building permit was issued by the City of Mountain Home during the month of June, according to Roberta Pack from the City of Mountain Home Building Inspection Department.The building permit was issued to Brian Bell Construction for a new residential home with a construction value of $225,000. Bell Construction was also issued a permit for a commercial storage building in the amount of $300,000.
A permit for construction of a detached shed was issued to Carl Wayne Nurseries at a construction cost of $22,000. Another permit for an attached carport was issued to Alfred and Elizabeth Finks with a cost of $2,000 and a permit for an attached storage building was issued to Michael W. Jennings with a cost of $7,500.
Sign permits were issued to Real Life Church in the amount of $28,000 and to Developmental Discoveries in the amount of $5,200.
The total value of permits issued in June was $340,820.
The cost of all permits issued for the month of June totaled $4,437, including the actual cost of the building permits at $2,611, $203 for electrical permits, and $1,183 for plumbing permits.
The city building and inspection department handled 121 inspections for the month.
