An Ozark County woman was killed in a one-vehicle accident on Wednesday. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 77-year-old Bonnie Hodgson of Bakersfield was pronounced dead at the scene six miles west of Bakersfield by Ozark County Coroner Shane Ledbetter.
Hodgson was traveling westbound on Missouri Route O when her vehicle went off the right side of the roadway and overturned. Her body was transported to Robertson-Drago Funeral Home in West Plains.
Hodgson’s vehicle was totaled in the 12:35 p.m. accident.
