11 new business licenses issued in July

11 new business licenses were issued by the city of Mountain Home during the month of July, according to Roberta Pack from the City of Mountain Home Building Inspector’s Office.City records indicate licenses were issued to five home based businesses including Ben Luc’s Cleaning, a janitorial service; Son’s Lawncare, a lawncare service; Bridge Builders Transportation, LLC, a medical transportation business; Louie and Roy, a web and online retail; and All American Mowing, a lawncare service.

Business licenses were also issued to Fields of Terror, a business for Halloween items, located at 1062 Cannie Baker Road; Western Sizzlin of Mountain Home LLC, under new ownership and located at 1502 Highway 62 East; Peaceful Heart Boutique, a retail store; located at 1076 Hometown Commons; The Junk Trunk, a resale store; located at 123 East 7th Street; May Family Motors Inc., a used car dealership; located at 1038 East 9th Street and Outdoor Power Equipment, a sales and service business; located at 1309 Bradley Drive.

Total licensing revenue reported in July was $9521 which includes $7,766 for alcohol tax and licenses; $1,486 in occupation licenses; $65 for pet licenses, and $205 for garage sales licenses.
