A Mountain Home man, 33-year-old Michael Glavish, was arrested Tuesday on felony drug paraphernalia charges after officers from the Arkansas Department of Community Corrections (ACC) discovered plastic baggies with traces of methamphetamine, multiple smoking devices and syringes in his home in Briarcliff. He is being held in the Baxter County Jail on a $2,500 bond.According to the arrest report, Glavish checked in to the ACC office and an interviewing officer says it was evident Glavish was under the influence of a strong stimulant at the time. Officers then decide to conduct a parole visit to his home where they found the paraphernalia. In addition to the felony charge he was charged with a parole violation.
Glavish has previous drug related convictions dating back to February 2014.
