Tyler Blake Lee of Henderson, who is charged with making threats to various people, entered a guilty plea to the charges against him and was sentenced to four years probation during a session of Baxter County Circuit Court Thursday. The 26-year-old Lee was charged with two counts of terroristic threatening, five counts of harassing communications and one count of misdemeanor terroristic threatening.

According to a heavily redacted probable cause affidavit filed in the case, Lee is alleged to have made threats to cause serious physical injury or substantial property damage to an unknown number of people. Some of the threats were captured during a phone conversation on April 5th.

Judging by court records, the problem between Lee and those he is alleged to have threatened seem to stem from domestic problems. A number of cases have been filed in the Domestic Relations Division of Baxter County Circuit Court including those seeking orders of protection as well as divorce proceedings.

During his sentencing Thursday, it was mentioned that the statements were apparently directed at his ex-wife, her boyfriend and the boyfriend’s family.
