A Douglas County woman suffered serious injuries after being pinned between vehicles on private property in Ozark County. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 51-year-old Judy Bower of Ava was transported by helicopter Sunday afternoon from the accident scene on Missouri Highway 95 to Mercy Hospital in Springfield.
The report states 82-year-old Florence Evans of Noble had her vehicle in reverse on the property, and the vehicle pinned Bower into a parked vehicle. A hospital spokesperson says Bower was not listed as a patient Monday afternoon. Evans was not injured.
Evans’ vehicle had minor damage in the 12:45 p.m. accident.
