Arkansas State will begin another football season Saturday as they come off their fifth conference title in six years. The Red Wolves will be in Lincoln as they take on Nebraska.

ASU had a record of 8-5 a year ago. The Red Wolves ended up splitting the Sun Belt Conference championship with Appalachian State, and they wrapped up the season with an 18-point victory over Central Florida in the Cure Bowl at Orlando.

Nebraska was 9-4 during its 2016 campaign as they finished tied for second in the Big Ten’s West Division. The Cornhuskers’ previous season ended in Nashville where they suffered a two-touchdown loss to Tennessee in the Music City Bowl.

Kickoff at Memorial Stadium is scheduled for seven p.m. Saturday’s game can be heard on Classic Hits 101.7 and streaming live at ktlo.com. The broadcast begins at 5:00 with the Arkansas Ford Dealers Tailgate Show.
