Item number two on the agenda was consideration for a lease agreement of the municipal property, which previously housed the Gassville Branch of the Donald W. Reynolds Library, located at 6469 Highway 62.

The building will be leased for $500 a month, plus utilities to Danny Montgomery.

Mayor Braim says the lease for the property will be good for a period of one year. After that time period the council will reconsider a lease for a longer period of time.
