A Fulton County couple is suspected in a battery incident in which a baseball bat was allegedly used against a family member. According to Fulton County Sheriff Al Roork, 53-year-old Vicki Bynum and her husband, 70-year-old Jerry Bynum, of Viola were arrested Thursday and charged with a felony count of domestic battery and a misdemeanor count of battery. Both are free after each posted a bond of $15,000, and they are scheduled to appear in Fulton County Circuit Court September 20th.
