(AP) – A man who was injured in a fight with a neighbor on
Labor Day has died from his injuries.Greene County authorities said Thursday that charges were upgraded against the man suspected in the death of 55-year-old Edwin Carey.

Carey was found unresponsive in the front yard of a home in Springfield on
Sept. 4. He died Tuesday.
Prosecutors say 41-year-old Jimmy Davis, who was originally charged with
assault, is now charged with involuntary manslaughter.
Online court records do not name an attorney for Davis.
